Book My Shows
Sending In My Appointments:
- The night of your in-home presentation your representative will give you access to RBO2GO.
- Open the App Store or Google Play store on your phone and download the app named RBO2GO.
- Once the app download is complete, then your representative will provide you with the login information. Your username will be your email address and your password will be rainbow. Please do not change the password.
- Once logged in, you will be prompted to choose a server - select “Rainbow Central”.
- You will now be redirected to your customer portal Home Screen. A series of options are displayed - at this time - choose “Book A Show”.
- Once “Book A Show” is selected this will prompt the availability calendar. Select your chosen date & time. Input all required information for the appointment. It is crucial that the data entered is correct so our scheduling department can plan accordingly.
- Once all data is fully entered, you will choose the “Submit/Save” option at the bottom of the screen. A green message will be displayed at the top confirming a successful submission.
- Once your show is submitted, it is then processed through our scheduling department. The process can take up to 24-48 hours. Do not be alarmed if you do not see your appointment immediately on your calendar.
- Our office will confirm with you the day of your appointment. Your representative for that day will also contact you after you have confirmed with marketing.
