By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Who We Are & What We Do

Midland Air Systems is a direct sales company that:

• Conducts in-home product demonstrations and sales;
• Operates an online store through this Website; and
• Allows customers to book referrals and request earned gifts through our referral program.

Your use of this Website includes browsing, purchasing products, booking referrals, requesting earned gifts, submitting information, or interacting with our content.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with others’ use of the Website. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information;
• Use the Website for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Website;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

3. Online Store – Orders & Purchases

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

For in-home sales, return and refund terms provided at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.

5. In-Home Demonstrations & Sales

When you book or agree to an in-home demonstration:

• You consent to a representative of Midland Air Systems visiting your home by appointment.
• You are not obligated to purchase after a demonstration.
• Any purchase made in your home is governed by the terms presented at the time of sale, including any cancellation rights required under South Carolina law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any location for safety, logistical, or business reasons.

6. Referral Program, Earned Gifts, and Advertising Compensation

By participating in our referral program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.1 How the Standard Referral Program Works (Rainbow SRX Buyers)

When a customer purchases a Rainbow SRX system, they may participate in our referral gift program, which generally operates as follows:

• The customer agrees to book twelve (12) qualified couples for in-home demonstrations.
• The customer accompanies Midland Air Systems to these demonstrations and is present during the presentation.
• Each completed, qualified demonstration provides the customer with credit toward their gift program.
• Each referred household that completes a qualified demonstration may receive a gift for hosting the presentation.

Gifts and credits are issued only after demonstrations are completed and verified as qualified under these Terms.

6.2 Permission to Share Information

You confirm you have permission from each referred person to share their name, phone number, and/or address with Midland Air Systems.

6.3 Gift Incentives Are Conditional

All gift incentives are conditional and require that specific program requirements be met, including:

• Booking twelve (12) qualified demonstrations;
• Completion within the required time frame provided at the time of sale; and
• Compliance with our Rock It Out Rules and Guidelines (described below).

Failure to meet these requirements may disqualify you from receiving any gift incentive.

6.4 Rock It Out Rules and Guidelines (What Counts as a Qualified Demonstration)

A referral demonstration counts toward the gift program only if ALL of the following are met:

1. The household consists of an employed couple between the ages of 21 and 65;
2. The couple is married or in a romantic relationship and living together full-time;
3. The home is a stand-alone residence (not an apartment, shared unit, or temporary housing unless approved by us);
4. Both people must be present for the appointment; and
5. Both people must watch the full demonstration.

Exception: If any of the above criteria are not met, the demonstration will not count toward the gift program unless the couple purchases a Rainbow SRX system, in which case the demonstration will count.

6.5 Geographic Limits for Referrals

To qualify for the gift program, referred households must be located within:

• 1 hour and 30 minutes driving distance from Camden, SC, or
• 1 hour driving distance from Conway, SC.

Referrals outside these ranges may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed to qualify for gifts.

6.6 Nature of Gifts

Gift incentives typically consist of:

• Physical products or
• Amazon gift cards.

We do not guarantee specific items, and we reserve the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater value based on availability.

6.7 Tax Reporting Requirements

If a customer receives cash or a check with a value greater than $600 in a calendar year, the customer must complete a W-9 form as required by the IRS before payment is issued.

You are responsible for any taxes associated with gifts or compensation received.

6.8 No-Shows, Cancellations, and Reschedules

Appointments that are:

• No-shows,
• Canceled without adequate notice, or
• Unable to be completed due to household ineligibility

may not qualify toward gift incentives.

6.9 No Employment Relationship

Participation in the referral and gift program does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship between you and Midland Air Systems.

6.10 Program Changes

We may change, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the referral or gift program at any time without prior notice.

We are not responsible for disputes between you and anyone you refer.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or messages, you grant Midland Air Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

You represent that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, images, logos, videos, design, and software—is owned by or licensed to Midland Air Systems unless otherwise stated.

You may view content for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links
